Our client is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Cluster Revenue Manager to join its growing Revenue Management team based at its London Support Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing hotel brands, taking ownership of a portfolio of hotels across the UK and Europe while helping to drive commercial performance through data-led decision making.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability across a portfolio of approximately seven hotels, whilst also providing holiday and sickness cover across the wider estate. Working within a collaborative commercial team, you'll combine strong analytical skills with a proactive approach, using market intelligence, technology and revenue management systems to optimise pricing strategies and support continued business growth.
This role is ideal for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager who enjoys working with data, embraces new technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
What you'll doAs Cluster Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of the revenue performance across a portfolio of approximately seven hotels, implementing pricing and inventory strategies that maximise occupancy, RevPAR and overall profitability. Your portfolio will include hotels across both the UK and Europe, with responsibility determined by your experience and the wider team's requirements.
Working closely with the Head of Revenue Management, Operations, Sales and Commercial teams, you will analyse market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to make informed commercial decisions. You'll continuously review hotel performance, identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies that enhance commercial results across your portfolio.
Technology and data will be at the centre of your role. You'll utilise Revenue Management Systems, Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel modelling to interpret performance data, forecast demand and produce meaningful commercial insights. The business is keen to embrace AI and emerging technologies, so you'll be encouraged to identify new ways to improve reporting, forecasting and decision-making through innovation.
Alongside managing your own portfolio, you'll provide support across the wider revenue management function during periods of annual leave or absence, ensuring consistency of performance across the hotel estate while contributing to wider commercial initiatives and strategic projects.
What you'll need- A minimum of two years' experience as a Cluster Revenue Manager within a hotel group.
- Previous experience managing multiple hotels within a central or cluster revenue environment.
- Experience within the budget or midscale hotel sector would be advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable revenue strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills with confidence analysing large datasets and producing meaningful reports.
- Experience using Revenue Management Systems (Duetto experience would be highly advantageous).
- Working knowledge of Property Management Systems and Business Intelligence/data visualisation tools.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology, AI and innovation within revenue management.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple properties and competing demands.
