An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a residential developer as Senior Sales Manager, leading the sales performance of one of London's most prestigious luxury residential developments. Based at the company's flagship scheme, this newly created position reflects the continued growth of the business and offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within an internationally recognised property developer.
Reporting into the Sales Director and working closely with the Chief of Development & Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading an established sales team, and contributing to the wider commercial and marketing strategy of the development. This role combines strategic oversight with a hands-on approach and is ideally suited to an experienced sales leader who thrives in a luxury residential environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Chelsea development, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining the exceptional customer experience expected of a prime London residential scheme.
- Oversee pricing strategies, apartment releases, incentive structures, and negotiations, adapting your approach to reflect market conditions and buyer demand.
- Lead and mentor a team of three Sales Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Manage relationships with external sales agents, ensuring consistent messaging, excellent service standards, and maximum sales performance.
- Contribute to the wider marketing strategy, helping to shape campaigns, launch activity, customer engagement initiatives, and promotional events.
- Act as a senior representative of the business when dealing with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth purchasers, developing long-term relationships with domestic and international buyers, agents, brokers, and introducers.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion, ensuring CRM systems remain accurate, reporting is delivered to senior leadership, and all legal, regulatory, and AML requirements are fully complied with.
- Maintain the presentation of the marketing suite and show apartments, working alongside design and marketing colleagues to ensure the development is consistently presented to the highest standard.
What you'll need
- Proven experience selling luxury residential property within the London prime or super-prime market.
- Previous experience managing and developing residential sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
- Experience managing relationships with external sales agents and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrable success working with high-net-worth and international purchasers.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver against ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong CRM knowledge and reporting capabilities.
- Understanding of UK residential sales processes, compliance, and AML requirements.
- Existing network within London's prime residential market would be advantageous.
- RICS qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
