Our client is a boutique consultancy focused on delivering high end residential projects to clients in the UK, Europe and Middle East. They work with best in class partners and suppliers and are considered a trusted and safe pair of hands by their clients. Their lean team is hardworking, ambitious and full of energy. They are currently going through an expansion phase and are looking to grow their team this year.
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex property developments and refurbishments, ensuring alignment between client vision, design teams, and delivery execution. They will oversee all project phases, manage stakeholders across architecture, interiors, and construction, mitigate risks and ensure efficient delivery and provide strategic and technical guidance to clients. This person will act as the single point of accountability for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards, while coordinating multidisciplinary design and delivery teams. The schemes are circa 2m - 5m in terms of value. This position would report to the Head of Projects.
Our client is looking for a candidate to join that has strong Project Management experience, is from a construction project management or cost background, and has experience in delivering prime residential projects in the UK. The individual must be articulate, client facing, presentable, smart and able to work within a team as well as independently. This is a small business so the individual will need to be organised, able to work in an entrepreneurial culture and thrive within it. The person must have strong project management experience within the real estate, property development, or construction industry. In addition, they will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; project management certification is advantageous.
