Role Description:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value real estate projects, including a 30,000 sq ft finance scheme, with full autonomy and ownership.
- Serve as Contract Administrator on a large legal sector project (~300,000 sq ft) during its final 4–6 months, ensuring a smooth and timely closeout.
- Oversee a third concurrent, high-profile project, applying a proactive and detail-oriented approach to risk management, cost control, and stakeholder communication.
- Operate with a high level of independence while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, budget, and quality objectives.
- Apply your deep knowledge of project delivery to ensure construction excellence and commercial success across all schemes.
- Demonstrate strong Contract Administration (CA) capabilities and leadership, acting as the central figure for project governance and execution.
- Support junior team members and, ideally, take on line management responsibilities to help cultivate talent and foster progression within the firm.
- Embody and promote the company’s values of ethical practice, continuous learning, and social impact in every aspect of your role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex real estate projects independently, ideally in the commercial, legal, or financial sectors.
- Strong background in Contract Administration (CA), with the ability to manage contracts from start to closeout effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, including large-scale schemes (e.g., 300,000+ sq ft).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Prior experience or ambition to step into a line management role, supporting the development of junior team members.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, risk mitigation, and cost control.
- Relevant degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) highly desirable.
- Strong alignment with the company’s values of progression, ethics, continuous learning, and social impact.
