Role Description:
- Lead the delivery of large-scale real estate projects, with a focus on co-living and build-to-rent (BTR) developments.
- Oversee projects from post-planning stages through design, construction, and successful completion.
- Manage the design process, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Drive project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications.
- Provide leadership and clear direction to project teams, including associates and junior project managers.
- Prepare and review project programmes, budgets, and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges as they arise.
- Act as the key client point of contact, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex real estate projects, ideally across co-living or BTR schemes.
- Track record of managing projects through the full cycle, from planning approval through design, construction, and handover.
- Strong understanding of design management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and financial targets.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to wider team objectives.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in project management, construction, or real estate (chartership not essential).
- Must have UK consultancy experience.

- Stage 1 β Interview with Associate and Director: Initial meeting to discuss experience, project track record, and suitability for current schemes.
- Stage 2 β Interview with Senior Project Lead: Follow-up meeting with the lead responsible for project delivery to assess technical skills, design stage knowledge, and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
