Role Description: Lead the delivery of large-scale real estate projects, with a focus on co-living and build-to-rent (BTR) developments. Oversee projects from post-planning stages through design, construction, and successful completion. Manage the design process, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes. Drive project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications. Provide leadership and clear direction to project teams, including associates and junior project managers. Prepare and review project programmes, budgets, and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients. Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges as they arise. Act as the key client point of contact, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Proven experience delivering complex real estate projects, ideally across co-living or BTR schemes. Track record of managing projects through the full cycle, from planning approval through design, construction, and handover. Strong understanding of design management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently. Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and financial targets. Confident communicator with strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Ability to work independently while also contributing to wider team objectives. Degree or equivalent qualification in project management, construction, or real estate (chartership not essential). Must have UK consultancy experience. Stage 2 – Interview with Senior Project Lead: Follow-up meeting with the lead responsible for project delivery to assess technical skills, design stage knowledge, and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
