Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize performance across a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets. Analyze market trends, demand drivers, and competitor performance to inform pricing and distribution strategies. Collaborate with asset management, operations, and development teams to align revenue initiatives with broader business goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy to identify opportunities for growth. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term revenue planning for assigned assets or regions. Leverage data analytics and proprietary tools to drive strategic decisions and maximize asset value. Partner with brand and third-party platforms to ensure effective channel management and rate positioning. Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to on-property and regional revenue management teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality or real estate investment sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing asset performance across a multi-property portfolio.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and data interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including asset management, finance, and operations.
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
