Job Description Job Reference Number: 2418 Company Description: Our client is a London-based project mangement consultancy which specializes in managing the construction of some of high end residential projects. They oversee project management, construction, and maintenance activities for prestigious city homes, rural estates, and property investments. Role Description: Lead the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration process for high-end residential and countryside projects, ensuring projects are managed effectively and meet budget and timeline requirements. Work closely with the Head of Project Management and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of each project, offering support and expertise to achieve project goals and maintain high standards.
