Role Description:
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team structure, reporting into a newly-promoted Associate Director.
- Support the delivery of real estate projects across various stages, from early design through to completion.
- Assist in preparing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections to gain full project exposure.
- Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with diligence and accuracy.
- Learn from and contribute to a high-performing team culture under the guidance of respected leaders.

Requirements:
