Role Description: Lead and oversee all phases of hotel and hospitality real estate projects, from concept development through construction, ensuring projects align with brand standards and objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, making strategic adjustments to meet financial and operational goals. Coordinate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and other external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to evaluate project viability and provide recommendations for investment decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining a strong focus on sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and potential risks. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale hospitality projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
