Company Description:

Our client is a leading player in the industrial space with an extensive portfolio of warehouse space and a diverse range of customers across the country.
They are supported by a global investment partner, and have been focused on growth over the coming years.

Role Description:

Oversee the execution of asset strategies, ensuring timely management of new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and other lease events, either independently or with support from internal teams and third-party agents.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet their evolving needs, ensuring optimal space usage and minimizing void risk through proactive engagement and support for subletting or alterations.
Identify and implement asset enhancement initiatives, ranging from routine repairs to larger refurbishments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at the best value.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in strategic asset management, ideally within the industrial or logistics property sector.
Proven experience in managing and executing asset management initiatives, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and value-enhancing projects.
Experience managing teams and delivering objectives collaboratively, with a focus on achieving asset performance targets.
Strong knowledge of the Midlands and South of England, with an understanding of regional property markets and dynamics.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, with experience in CRM systems being an advantage.
Ability to manage and monitor asset P&Ls, formulate budgets, and track key performance indicators to ensure assets meet financial and operational targets.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, agents, and surveyors.
A valid UK driver’s license is essential for site visits and regional travel.
