Identify and evaluate high-quality real estate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s investment strategy Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to source off-market and competitive real estate investment opportunities Conduct in-depth financial modelling, market research, and risk assessments to support investment decisions Oversee the strategic expansion and performance enhancement of the real estate portfolio Ensure all acquisitions comply with legal, regulatory, and market-specific requirements Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance investment and acquisition culture. Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, investment management, or private equity, with a strong track record of successful transactions Deep understanding of real estate markets, asset valuation, and financial modeling Excellent analytical and due diligence capabilities to assess risks and opportunities in potential acquisitions Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
