There is currently 16 in the Project Management team in London

Provide strategic leadership to the project management function, guiding the delivery of complex commercial and residential projects with precision and oversight.
Champion best-in‑class project governance, ensuring rigorous planning, risk management, and execution standards across all mandates.
Cultivate key client relationships, offering tailored strategic advice and ensuring an exceptional level of service throughout each project lifecycle.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture aligned with the organisation’s values.
Drive growth of the project management offering, identifying new opportunities and enhancing the firm’s market positioning.
Lead on high‑value instructions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standard.
Mentor and develop senior team members, supporting succession planning and strengthening the department’s capabilities.
Represent the project management discipline within the wider partnership, contributing to strategic decisions and cross‑service collaboration.

Must have UK consultancy experience
Extensive experience in leading project management teams within the property or built‑environment sectors.
Proven track record in delivering complex development and refurbishment projects across commercial and/or residential asset classes.
Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire confidence, guide senior professionals, and influence strategic decision‑making.
Exceptional client‑facing skills, with the capacity to build trusted long‑term relationships.
Deep understanding of project governance, risk management frameworks, and technical delivery processes.
Commercially astute, with a forward‑thinking approach to business development and service evolution.
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, MAPM or equivalent) strongly preferred.
A polished communicator with the judgment, discretion, and gravitas expected of a partner‑level appointment.
