Role Description
- Provide strategic leadership to the project management function, guiding the delivery of complex commercial and residential projects with precision and oversight.
- Champion best-in‑class project governance, ensuring rigorous planning, risk management, and execution standards across all mandates.
- Cultivate key client relationships, offering tailored strategic advice and ensuring an exceptional level of service throughout each project lifecycle.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture aligned with the organisation’s values.
- Drive growth of the project management offering, identifying new opportunities and enhancing the firm’s market positioning.
- Lead on high‑value instructions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standard.
- Mentor and develop senior team members, supporting succession planning and strengthening the department’s capabilities.
- Represent the project management discipline within the wider partnership, contributing to strategic decisions and cross‑service collaboration.
Requirements
- Must have UK consultancy experience
- Extensive experience in leading project management teams within the property or built‑environment sectors.
- Proven track record in delivering complex development and refurbishment projects across commercial and/or residential asset classes.
- Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire confidence, guide senior professionals, and influence strategic decision‑making.
- Exceptional client‑facing skills, with the capacity to build trusted long‑term relationships.
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management frameworks, and technical delivery processes.
- Commercially astute, with a forward‑thinking approach to business development and service evolution.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, MAPM or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- A polished communicator with the judgment, discretion, and gravitas expected of a partner‑level appointment.
