Package: Up to £85K DOE + Bonus circa 10% + Benefits. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate professional to take a leading role in the delivery of High-end Hotel and Prime Commercial Office developments within the London market. The position offers significant exposure to complex, design-led projects and the chance to act as a trusted advisor to a sophisticated client base. Joining a well-regarded consultancy platform, the successful candidate will operate at the forefront of project delivery, combining technical excellence with strong client stewardship. What you’ll do

  • You will lead the end-to-end delivery of major commercial and hospitality developments, representing the client from early-stage briefing through to completion and handover.
  • Acting as the central point of leadership, you will coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams to ensure programmes, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • The role will involve full responsibility for project governance, reporting, and risk management across all RIBA stages.
  • Where required, you will act as Employer’s Agent, administering contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed commercial and contractual frameworks while maintaining rigorous professional standards.
  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic advice, and a solutions-led approach to problem solving.
  • In parallel, you will contribute to the wider success of the team by supporting junior colleagues and championing best practice across project delivery.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience delivering complex Commercial and/or Hospitality-led developments, ideally within the London market.
  • Background at Senior Project Manager or early Associate Director level within consultancy or client-side environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of project management and Employer’s Agent responsibilities across all RIBA stages.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead consultant teams and manage multiple stakeholders with confidence and discretion.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, programmes, and contractual obligations.
  • Highly professional, proactive, and client-facing, aligned to premium development environments.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Availability to start within a short notice period, ideally one month or less.
  • Must have UK consultancy experience.
