The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced
Project Manager to join its established and growing Project Management team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, client-facing professional to take ownership of a diverse range of projects while working within an employee-owned consultancy with an ambitious and collaborative culture.
The role offers genuine scope for career progression, with direct exposure to clients and the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the Bristol office and wider business.
You will work across a broad range of commercial property projects, with particular relevance to candidates bringing strong commercial office and industrial experience .
This is not a graduate or assistant-level position.
The successful candidate will be expected to bring proven project management experience and the confidence to make an immediate contribution.
What You'll Do
You will manage projects through the full project lifecycle, working across the RIBA stages and taking responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes for a diverse client base.
This will include coordinating project teams, managing programmes and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively from inception through to completion.
Working directly with clients, you will understand their objectives and provide clear, commercially focused advice throughout the project.
You will liaise with property agents, managing agents, solicitors, contractors and other professional advisers, developing strong relationships and helping clients navigate complex property requirements.
The role will also involve advising clients in relation to acquisitions and disposals, development opportunities and wider asset requirements.
A strong understanding of statutory compliance, contract practice and the broader commercial property environment will therefore be important.
- What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a Project Management role within a building consultancy, property consultancy or related professional services environment.
- Strong experience delivering projects across the full RIBA stages.
- Commercial property experience, particularly across commercial office and industrial assets , would be highly advantageous.
- Strong technical understanding of statutory compliance and contract practice.
- Experience advising clients in relation to acquisitions, disposals and wider development requirements.
- Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and contribute to the growth of the business.
RICS chartership is preferred , with the salary package reflecting professional qualification and experience.
