Air Conditioning Service Engineer in Chertsey

As an Air Con Engineer, this role will work within the wider engineering team on a variety of HVAC projects and will actively contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs, heat pumps and possibly chillers
• Compile dilapidation reports
• Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers independently
• Carry out PPM visits
• Carry out minor repairs
• Complete basic fault finding
• Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
• Develop understanding Health and Safety regulations

• To undertake any other duties and required, and as appropriate to the post.

Desired Skillset and Characteristics:

Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent

Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent

Full driving licence

Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Good attention to detail

High level of self-motivation

Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable
