About the school
Come and make a difference at Albemarle. We are looking for a warm, skilled and ambitious Year 1 teacher who combines high expectations with a strong understanding of how young children learn. You will join a collaborative team committed to ensuring that every child feels known, included and able to succeed. Albemarle is a vibrant, inclusive primary school where our 5Rs – Responsible, Respectful, Resourceful, Reflective and Resilient – underpin school life. We value strong relationships, thoughtful teaching, teamwork and a curriculum that is ambitious and accessible for all pupils.
An additional leadership opportunity For candidates with the appropriate experience, there is the opportunity to take on responsibility as KS1 Phase Leader. This attracts a TLR payment and a fortnightly half-day of leadership release.
