The role

To work under the direct instruction of teaching and senior staff to support pupils’ access to learning and provide general classroom support. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, personal development and well-being, including supporting pupils with SEND to fully access the educational opportunities available to them.

  • A reflective practitioner open to feedback and motivated to continue developing their practice
  • Confidence in using ICT to support learning and classroom organisation
