Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Qualified and professionally registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
  • Thorough understanding of current legislation and the London Safeguarding Children Procedure and Practice Guidance, with a commitment to relational practice.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, with knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and strengths-based family approaches.
  • Skilled in analyzing information and understanding families’ experiences to ensure appropriate services.
  • Curious and committed to supporting children and young people in Wandsworth, both in practice and recording.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support and challenge agencies and colleagues effectively.
