Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Qualified and professionally registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Thorough understanding of current legislation and the London Safeguarding Children Procedure and Practice Guidance, with a commitment to relational practice.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, with knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and strengths-based family approaches.
- Skilled in analyzing information and understanding families’ experiences to ensure appropriate services.
- Curious and committed to supporting children and young people in Wandsworth, both in practice and recording.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support and challenge agencies and colleagues effectively.
