£34,359 – £35,892 per annum (Scale 5, Point 12‑15 plus other allowances such as First Aid and Swimming pool). 36 hours per week. All year round (32 days holiday per annum – dates agreed in advance with the Headteacher).

Key responsibilities include ensuring the school site is safe, secure, well maintained, compliant with statutory requirements and fit for purpose. The role covers:

Flexibility is essential, with emergency callouts, occasional out‑of‑hours work and support during school closure periods.
