36 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 3 weeks - 42 Weeks per year

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced caseworker with an SEN background to lead our pupil services team as the SEN Casework Manager. You will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring that they continue to meet the statutory obligations and the needs of our diverse school community. This role is essential to the management of the EHCP and review processes within school.

The right candidate will be motivated, organised and able to act as the expert advisor in the EHCP related processes for both the team and wider school. Previous management experience would be an advantage; however, we are also willing to support an experienced caseworker who is ready to step into a management role. Substantial experience of the annual review and EHCP processes are essential for the role.
