School Office Administrator

Β£28,466 - Β£29,717 per annum (Pay Scale 4 Spine Point 7-10)

35 hours per week (8.30am – 4pm) Term time only (39 weeks)

The Headteacher and Governors of Granard Primary School and Cedar Base are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive School Office Administrator to join our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

  • managing incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries
  • maintaining attendance registers, following up absences
  • updating pupil records using Wandsworth MIS
  • supporting finance administration, processing orders and stock
  • assisting with clubs and school events
  • carrying out general office duties in a busy school environment.

What we are looking for

Applicants should have strong communication and IT skills, excellent organisation, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and a warm, professional approach. Previous experience in a school office or similar busy administrative environment is desirable.
