Sellincourt Primary School is seeking to appoint an outstanding School Business Manager to join our dedicated team in a vibrant, multicultural learning environment. Safeguarding is a core value for us; we prioritize children in everything we do.
Our last OFSTED inspection in February described the school as:

The successful candidate will work alongside the current Administration Team and collaborate with the Local Authority to take full responsibility for budgeting and site management starting September.
We are looking for:
- A dynamic, proactive individual with proven skills in financial, personnel, and premises management.
- A school business management qualification, such as ILM Diploma Level or equivalent workplace experience, with a willingness to undertake relevant training.
- Knowledge and experience of ACCESS or similar school finance databases.
- Working knowledge of school management systems.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience working in a busy school or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with children and adults.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload under pressure and meet deadlines.
