Receptionist/Administrative Assistant £20,802 per annum (scale 2 point 4) Term Time only (43 weeks per year) 25 hours per week (1.15pm – 6.15pm Monday to Friday) Fixed One Year Contract Eastwood is a part of the Wandsworth Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, with outstanding organisational skills, to provide a warm, welcoming and professional environment as the first point of contact for the Nursery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, welcoming and professional environment as the first point of contact for the Nursery.
  • Support a committed team to maintain and develop the caring ethos of the Nursery, with children at the heart of our thinking.
  • Promote equal opportunities and support an inclusive environment.
  • Manage workloads under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise a varied workload.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Have the required experience in line with the person specification and have worked within a school office or similar environment.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office suite; excellent IT skills and the ability to use databases and other software packages such as Arbor and Access are desirable.
