About Us
35 hours per week (10.15am – 6.15pm, Monday to Friday) one-hour unpaid lunch break per day
Fixed One Year Contract – All Year Round
Eastwood is a part of the Wandsworth Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools. We are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, with outstanding organisational skills, to provide a warm, welcoming and professional environment as the first point of contact for the Nursery.
We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm to join a committed team of people working together to maintain and develop the caring ethos of the Nursery, with children at the heart of our thinking. We celebrate our diverse community and you should be committed to promoting equal opportunities and support our inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will need to have the required experience in line with the person specification, have worked within a school office or similar environment and have the ability to manage workloads under pressure, alongside meeting deadlines and prioritising a varied workload.
Confident use of Microsoft Office suite is essential as well as excellent IT skills and the ability to use databases and other software packages such as Arbor and Access are desirable
Staff employed at Eastwood enjoy the benefits of 32 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and access to Employment Assistant programme.
