£24,877.44 – £25,232.76 per annum (Scale 3, Spine Point 5-6)

Duration: 1-year Fixed Term contract (Term Time only – 39 weeks).

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (7:30am to 3:30pm, including ½ hour unpaid lunch break).

Responsibilities

  • Operate the school switchboard and greet visitors
  • Manage deliveries, post, and school diaries
  • Produce ID badges and support transport records
  • Support parental communications, school events, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and support safeguarding procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in a reception or administrative role (school experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication, IT and organisational skills
  • A friendly, professional manner and a flexible approach
