The role involves working under the direct instruction of teaching and senior staff to support pupils’ access to learning and provide general classroom support. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, personal development and wellbeing, including supporting pupils with SEND to fully access the educational opportunities available to them.
