Position Overview: Term Time only, 30 hours per week to start 1st September 2026. The successful candidate will work as part of the Learning Support Department supporting pupils with special educational needs, both with and without Educational Care Plans.
Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with special educational needs in the classroom, ensuring their inclusion and delivering appropriate educational support.
- Assist teachers and staff in planning and delivering lessons for pupils with additional needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is not essential, but the candidate must have a genuine desire to work with children with a range of needs and include them within the normal classroom environment.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy is a prerequisite for this post.
- All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
