We have the opportunity for a Band 5 Paediatric Occupational Therapist, passionate about integrated working and a desire to develop their career in the Special School setting. You don’t have to have worked in a school before but previous work or placement experience within a paediatric setting would be an advantage.
You’ll be working with a team supportive of colleagues committed to providing high quality therapy. We will support your development through a commitment to CPD and a protected training budget. The pay and conditions offered reflect NHS Agenda for Change & you can continue with your or start an NHS Pension fund within this post.
Linden Lodge School is a leading provider of education for children and young people aged 2 - 19 years with profound and multiple learning difficulties and sensory impairment, including deaf-blindness, physical disability, and complex medical needs. We are a growing service with a focus on integrated and evidence-based working as well as growing our provision to meet the needs of our young people.
The team is made up of 24 on site PT/OT and SLT’s working across the school to provide therapy to our pupils with the opportunity to contribute towards and support ongoing service development.
