As an IT Support Technician at Graveney School, you will provide technical support to staff and pupils across multiple campuses and, when required, to our Trust Primary Schools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to a diverse range of users, including troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
  • Resolve both simple and complex queries related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and other school equipment.
  • Deliver remote and in‑person support for staff and pupils, ensuring minimal disruption to teaching activities.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a safe digital environment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Windows packages and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in an educational setting is desirable, though not mandatory.
