Ashcroft Technology Academy is seeking an Inclusive Care and Support mentor to assist students at risk of underachieving. You will work with Heads of Year, leadership teams and staff to create individual support plans and reintegrate students into mainstream school life.

You will deliver high‑quality one‑to‑one mentoring, develop targeted strategies, maintain confidential records and coordinate with parents and external agencies to secure suitable resources.
