We are a popular primary school in South West London wishing to appoint a motivated and dynamic Inclusion Lead to champion the cause of our SEN children. This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced and well-qualified person who has outstanding vision and drive and an absolute commitment to raising standards for every child. Applications are invited from teachers who are either currently working as a SENCO / Inclusion Leads or who are keen to gain a position and hold/or are willing to complete the National Award for SENCOs.

  • Be an excellent teacher and leader with a proven record of raising achievement
  • Have a passion for children's learning and development as well as their emotional needs and wellbeing
  • Be able to accept challenges, inspire and motivate others

  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with a range of stakeholders
