The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Permanent, full‑time position, reporting to the Head Teachers and the Federation Governing Body. The role involves managing the finance and administration of the two Foundation schools located on the same site near Clapham Common, London Borough of Wandsworth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance, personnel, administration and premises management for both schools.
  • Manage health and safety, human resources and compliance.
  • Head the administration team and ensure efficient operation.
  • Support governors and contribute to the strategic direction of the schools.
  • Ensure effective use of resources, promote environmental sustainability and support improvement plans.

Qualifications

  • Highly qualified and skilled with experience in managing teams.
  • Strong experience in an educational environment.
  • Knowledge of Arbor and Access systems is highly advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, flexible with strong communication and IT skills.
  • Experience in finance, HR, compliance and administration within schools.
