Our well established and popular school would welcome applications from Teaching Assistants who would like the opportunity to build positive relationships with children maximising their learning opportunities ensuring that all children reach their full potential.

A good understanding of the importance of lesson planning, SEN support plans and learning objectives is essential therefore you need to have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to be able to work constructively in supporting children in whole school activities. You should be resilient in your approach to challenging situations.
