  • Job Summary

The Trailblazer Life Reworked programme supports residents who are economically inactive in pursuing life goals and career aspirations.

As an Employment Specialist you will manage a caseload of participants, providing person‑centred support, promoting employment opportunities and maintaining rigorous service delivery against contractual targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of participants and deliver personalised support aligned with their life goals and career aspirations.
  • Follow strict service delivery processes and meet contractual targets and KPIs.
  • Approach employers directly to seek vacancies, promote equality and inclusion, and negotiate adjustments for participants.
  • Maintain detailed casenotes, forms and plans using the CRM and Microsoft applications.
  • Work with referral partners to promote the service and identify suitable individuals.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by engaging employers.
  • Travel across Richmond and Wandsworth as required for community‑based work.
  • Collaborate with health practitioners, local GPs, social prescribers and community services to provide holistic support.

  • Knowledge and experience supporting others to achieve life goals and employment outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication skills across diverse client groups and businesses.
  • Problem‑solving skills to help participants overcome barriers.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft applications, and CRM usage.
