The predicted salary is between 28000 - 29000 £ per year.

36 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shifts between 7.45am – 6.15pm). Full‑time – permanent. This is an all‑year round position at our day nursery (termtime only applications may be considered).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and learning of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years.
  • Work with the Day Nursery Manager and Team Leaders to deliver high‑quality early years care and education.
  • Partner with parents and carers to promote children’s growth and well‑being.

Qualifications and Experience

  • NNEB certificate, NVQ Level 3 or BTEC in Child Care (2‑year course) or equivalent childcare Level 3 qualification.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS.
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to record and report on children’s progress in writing and verbally.
  • Experience of working with children aged 0‑5 years.
