Objective of Role: Wandsworth and Richmond Councils have exciting opportunities within the Spatial Planning Service. We are recruiting for a Local Land Charges Information Manager. The LLC Information Manager will ensure the Councils maintain high-quality LLC registers, process LLC Search responses within agreed timeframes, and implement efficiencies in processes to deliver a high-quality service to the Councils' customers while ensuring Wandsworth Council achieves its requirements relating to HM Land Registry as a Live Service. About the Role: The LLC Information Manager will lead a busy team of Officers, processing official and personal searches, maintaining the Councils' registers, reporting on income and search data, and identifying and implementing efficiencies to ensure the Councils meet their statutory and legislative obligations.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of the LLC service, applicable legislation and regulations, and the ability to work in a high-intensity environment delivering outcomes to tight deadlines. The LLC Information Manager must have experience leading a team in a busy service, motivating the team to meet challenging deadlines, generating income and other relevant reports, processing searches, and registering charges against land, and responding to all internal and external queries relating to the service.
