Richmond & Wandsworth Better Service Partnership is seeking a Procurement and Lettings Solutions Officer to source, inspect, negotiate and secure privately rented homes for homeless residents across Richmond and Wandsworth.
You will build strong relationships with landlords and agents, negotiate affordable deals, offer incentives, and carry out property inspections. Training including the HHSRS qualification is provided, with travel across the boroughs and a supportive team.
