About The Role
As an ESOL Tutor, you will have the opportunity to teach a range of ESOL programmes to adult learners from diverse backgrounds. Working collaboratively within the Foundation Learning team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that enables learners to achieve their full potential.
You Will
- Deliver engaging and inclusive ESOL lessons to adult learners.
- Teach an agreed annual timetable across a range of ESOL courses and levels.
- Assess, monitor and support learner progress, providing high-quality feedback and guidance.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
- Support positive learner outcomes, achievement and progression.
- Act as a role model for teaching excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum provision.

You Will Have
- A recognised teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one).
- Proven experience of teaching ESOL to adult learners.
- English and Mathematics qualifications at Level 2 or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
