Join Our Team as a Community-Focused full-time Porter in Portsmouth, VA! Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!
Location: Lexington Reserve, our 61-unit residential community located in Portsmouth, VA!
Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
- Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
- Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License required
