We are currently looking for a full‑time Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in our Windsor & Eton store.
Role Responsibilities
- Our Sales Advisors are predominantly customer‑facing in‑store but also speak to customers over the phone and via email.
- Provide legendary customer service by assisting with enquiries and purchases whilst building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
- After a probationary period, colleagues can offer Free On‑Site Surveys where we visit customers in their homes, workplaces or other locations.
- General upkeep of the store including maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming shopfloor as well as a well‑organised stockroom and office.
- Develop in‑depth product knowledge to understand customers’ needs and how to answer any technical queries.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets.
- Move stock, adjust displays which may involve the use of stairs and heavy lifting.
- Work 5 days per 7‑day week including Saturday and Sunday.
