Richer Sounds are the UKs leading Hi-Fi, Home Cinema and TV specialists, and one of the largest Employee-Owned businesses in the UK. We are currently looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join the team in our Edinburgh store.
Role Responsibilities:
- Our Sales Advisors are predominately customer facing in-store but also speak to customers over the phone and via email.
- Successful candidates will provide legendary customer service by assisting with enquiries and purchases whilst building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients.
- After a probationary period, colleagues can offer Free On-Site Surveys where we visit customers in their homes, workplaces or other locations.
- General upkeep of the store including maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming shop floor as well as a well-organised stockroom and office.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to understand customers' needs and how to answer any technical queries.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet sales targets.
- This role will require you to manoeuvre stock, adjust displays, which may involve the use of stairs and heavy lifting.
- This role requires you to work 5 days per 7-day week including Saturday and Sunday.
