Richer Sounds are the UKs leading Hi-Fi, Home Cinema and TV specialists, and one of the largest Employee-Owned businesses in the UK. We are looking for a skilled e-commerce Business Analyst to join our Manchester team. In this mid-level to senior role, you will drive data-informed improvements to our online platform and internal processes.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll analyse e-commerce performance and user behaviour to boost website profitability and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical acumen, fluent in analytics and API and is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies (like AI) to improve efficiency and innovation.
Role Responsibilities:- Analyse website performance and user behaviour: Use tools such as Google Analytics and MSSQL to track key e-commerce metrics (sales, conversion rates, user engagement) and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve the online customer journey.
- Optimize user experience and conversion: Develop data-driven insights to enhance website functionality, usability, and content. Recommend and help implement changes that streamline the purchase funnel, improve UI/UX, and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Improve internal systems.
