How will you make an impact?
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams (Data, Tech, and Business) to solve complex business problems through data, from understanding requirements to delivering analytical solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear and scalable data models and our semantic layer, ensuring technical solutions align with our long-term platform design and methodologies.
- Build and maintain robust data transformations and models in dbt, ensuring data consistency, quality, and reusability across our BigQuery environment.
- Deliver analytical insights and self-service data products (reports, KPIs, dashboards) that drive data decision-making culture.
- Identify, collect, and transform data from multiple sources; model it effectively for analytical consumption following layered architecture principles.
- Promote best practices in data development, version control, and documentation using Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Proactively identify data quality issues, operational risks, and growth opportunities, driving data-driven recommendations and influencing priorities.
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders, supporting business alignment and adoption.
- Contribute to team culture by sharing knowledge, supporting peer reviews, and mentoring colleagues when needed.

- Advanced SQL: able to write optimized, maintainable queries using complex joins, CTEs, and window functions.
- dbt: for data modelling using medallion architecture, testing, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience: with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery.
