YOUR MISSION: The Controlling Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization’s financial assets effectively.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Develop and implement precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization’s financial assets effectively.
- Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive financial information and records.
- Work within established systems to achieve designated financial control outcomes.
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed data and analytics reports.
- Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application.
- Resolve queries and issues, referring complex matters to senior staff as necessary.
- Collate and analyze data using predefined tools and methods.
- Interpret data to identify potential solutions.
- Navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents.
- Work within a project management framework to meet specific objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Identify and report instances of noncompliance within the team, escalating issues appropriately.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and engaging with specialist media.
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and maintaining external professional accreditation.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level required.
- Significant experience as an independent practitioner.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
