YOUR MISSION: The Controlling Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization’s financial assets effectively.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Develop and implement precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization’s financial assets effectively.
  • Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive financial information and records.
  • Work within established systems to achieve designated financial control outcomes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of detailed data and analytics reports.
  • Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application.
  • Resolve queries and issues, referring complex matters to senior staff as necessary.
  • Collate and analyze data using predefined tools and methods.
  • Interpret data to identify potential solutions.
  • Navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents.
  • Work within a project management framework to meet specific objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Identify and report instances of noncompliance within the team, escalating issues appropriately.
  • Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and engaging with specialist media.
  • Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and maintaining external professional accreditation.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level required.
  • Significant experience as an independent practitioner.
  • Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
