In this role you support boutique stock management from delivery to transfer, ensuring stock policies are followed while handling banking, inventory, and omni-channel stock considerations. You will work closely with retail teams to keep stock accurate and aligned with brand standards. The position offers a path to influence operational excellence in a luxury environment. You will contribute to Cartier’s heritage by enabling flawless stock flow and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock flow from deliveries to transfers, including quality checks and consignments.
  • Prepare banking and cash closing; execute cash-desk procedures and monitor payments, deposits, VAT-off sales and refunds.
  • Provide price labelling and price changes for display pieces.
  • Support omni-channel stock orders and adherence to brand policies.
  • Assist with stock inventory activities: annual counts, cycle counts, spot checks, and related inventories.
  • Support client orders and reservations within policy.
  • Contribute to stock inventory policy implementation.
  • Provide coverage in alternative locations as required.

Key requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient with IT systems and applications.
  • Luxury industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience beneficial.
