HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, Cartier UK, the Senior HR BP acts as a strategic partner to support the overall people strategy to enable business effectiveness and achievement. This role is crucial in driving business success through effective people strategies, talent management, organization design, and culture development. It involves partnering closely with people leaders and managers to influence and support change, ensure strong employee engagement, and maintain compliance with company policies and employment law. The ideal candidate will have strong people analytics skills, be able to propose different solutions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders while being comfortable with a hands-on approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement an employee-centric HR strategy that aligns with business goals and shapes strategic decisions from a people perspective.
- Support business transformation efforts, including organization design, workforce planning, and cultural evolution to foster a collaborative and inclusive community and ensure optimal performance.
- Lead or support change management initiatives to facilitate organizational changes.
- Partner with leaders and managers to develop leadership capabilities and succession pipelines through coaching and targeted development plans.
- Drive talent processes such as talent reviews, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Utilize HR data to analyze workforce trends and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with other HRBPs within UK businesses on projects related to employee relations, talent development, and L&D.
- Work with the UK Employment Legal team to ensure HR policies are relevant, compliant with legislation, and support audits and risk mitigation.
- Contribute to HR projects like engagement strategies, DEI initiatives, university partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Compile, develop, and present HR reports and metrics to monitor the HR calendar, identify trends, and address concerns.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Extensive experience in senior HR roles (e.g., HR Manager, HR Business Partner).
- Proven ability to deliver people strategies aligned with business needs.
- Successful track record in talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of performance review processes, talent assessments, and development tools.
- Ability to analyze people data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR data systems (SAP/Visier), and assessment tools (PI, 360, EQ).
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
