The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of client service and sales support.

Client service will be focused on the boutique floor and after care.

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience on the boutique floor, demonstrating deep product knowledge and refined customer service skills.
  • Ensure the boutique environment is consistently client-ready and operationally efficient.
  • Commit to surpassing personal sales objectives and driving ongoing growth within a team environment while upholding Purdey's high standards.
  • Have a proactive approach to client engagement on the boutique floor, promote products, provide tailored assistance, and drive sales growth.
  • Actively collaborate with fellow team members and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Foster and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Collect and update client information in the CRM to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
  • Be aware of sales figures and performance.
  • Inventory Management
  • Assist with daily stockroom operations, ensuring accurate receiving, tagging, storage, and replenishment of merchandise.
  • Assist with regular stock counts as directed by the business.
  • Assist with the in-store processing of online orders.
  • Manage the processing of returned items in accordance with company procedures.
