As a brand ambassador for Montblanc in Bicester Village, you will welcome clients, introduce them to our heritage, and set a high standard for customer experience. Building a loyal client base through CRM activity is key. Proactive relationship nurturing and developing a client book are essential. Achieving KPIs and sales targets is crucial. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive retail environment. Passion and curiosity about our maison, acting as a senior brand ambassador daily, are important. You will become an expert in your field and share this knowledge with clients and colleagues. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? You will ensure smooth boutique operations and a seamless customer journey. An authentic approach and strong communication skills are vital. Being proactive, taking initiative, and remaining calm under pressure in a busy environment are necessary. Experience with clients from diverse backgrounds is preferred, and speaking a second language is advantageous. The team values cooperation, contribution, and a positive attitude.
