YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the flagship boutique and Club 1755. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and sales support, contributing to a seamless client experience and the achievement of sales targets. You will report directly to the Boutique Management, playing a vital role in upholding the Maison\'s standards of excellence and supporting overall boutique performance.

PLAYING YOUR PART

You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring seamless stock management and efficient aftersales support. Your responsibilities include meticulously controlling stock inventory, organizing product movements via SAP, and actively participating in regular stock inventories. You will also manage bespoke strap orders, oversee incoming and outgoing repairs, and serve as the main point of contact for boutique customer service inquiries. Furthermore, you will maintain the boutique environment by assisting with visual merchandising and managing supplies. Your commitment to security and operational policies will ensure a safe and efficient boutique environment. You will also provide selling support by assisting with hospitality during sales presentations and offering assistance on the sales floor as needed.
